A Polar Table Expedition Day

Exploration shapes the day.
The table defines the night.

Each day balances active polar exploration with refined culinary experience.

Mornings and afternoons are spent navigating through ice, landing by zodiac, and walking on land to experience the beauty and scale of the polar regions up close. The pace of the day is shaped by conditions and opportunity.

As evening arrives, the rhythm changes.

Guests return aboard, warm up, and gather at the table. Fine dining and a curated wine program bring the day to a close, translating what has been seen and felt outside into an intimate culinary experience.
