Polar Table expeditions bring together world-class chefs and small groups of guests in the Arctic and Antarctica.
Each expedition unfolds over five to ten nights aboard an expedition vessel, navigating ice, fjords, and remote polar landscapes.
As the culinary host, you design and execute multi-course menus shaped by the journey, the environment, and your own culinary language. You cook in a galley adapted for polar conditions, share the table with guests, and respond in real time to the rhythm of exploration.
